
More than 50% of British companies think that webinars are important to their business now or in the near future. Can we conclude that the strategy of English companies regarding the future of communication and events is about to change? Apparently webinars are still not important, at this moment, in most companies, but it seems that the trend is going to reverse strongly, since more than 34% of English companies is considering webinars as a communication tool in the near future.
And now what is the strategy for conducting the webinars? More than 80% of the companies are considering outsourcing this service. As with physical events, the option is not to use internal human resources to conduct the webinars, but to choose an external company to do it.
